1. Who we are

“Mamnoon” is a neighborhood delivery app in Iraq (starting with Yusufiya) connecting customers with local stores and delivery riders. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. Contact: mamnoon.iq.app@gmail.com

2. Data we collect

• Phone number and name to create your account and sign in (one-time code sent to your phone).
• Region you choose, to show the stores, products and delivery fees available to you.
• Delivery addresses: address description, associated name and phone, and GPS coordinates if you pin your location on the map.
• Orders: items, quantities, prices, notes, promo code used and order status.
• Abuse-prevention data: a strike counter and ban status, to protect the service from fake orders.
• Device push token to send order notifications to your device.

3. How we use your data

• To fulfil and deliver your orders and contact you about them.
• To calculate prices, discounts and delivery fees.
• To send order status notifications.
• To prevent abuse and fraud, improve the service, and settle accounts with stores and riders.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Who can see your data

• Delivery rider: sees your name, phone, address, location and order contents only while delivering your order.
• Mamnoon administrators and your regional manager, for order supervision and support.
• Service providers: Supabase (database hosting and authentication), Cloudflare (product image storage) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (notification delivery). They process data on our behalf solely to run the service.

5. Location (GPS)

We request location permission only when you choose to set your delivery location, and use it to set your order address. We do not track your location in the background.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by email request (see the account deletion page). On deletion we erase your name, phone number and addresses, and strip identifying details from your past orders. Those orders remain without identity (amounts and dates only) for accounting with stores and riders.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing mamnoon.iq.app@gmail.com.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers and protected by access rules that prevent users from seeing each other’s data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
